Redstart Property is owned and managed by husband and wife team Mark and Caroline Winship. We have been investing in property for a number of years and launched Redstart Property together in 2016 with a commitment to bringing safe, high-quality homes to market in areas of the UK proven to have a very high demand for rental properties.
The move into property investment as a professional business was born of a desire to create more time to spend with our growing family and as a way to secure our long-term financial well-being. As our investment portfolio grew it quickly became clear to us how many people are striving for exactly the same thing. We now take great pleasure in our work with a growing network of private investors helping them to achieve a passive income stream to support their families and their lifestyle aspirations.
