dependent on the specifics of the property project. Communication is key and we make sure to keep you in the loop with regular progress updates throughout the life of your investment.
Looking for something a little more hands-on? We are always happy to hear from potential joint venture partners who would invest and work on a specific property project with us (usually a ‘flip’- buy, refurb, resale) for a share of the profits.
